Terms of use

1. Who we are

Bugufi is an online marketplace operated from Kigali, Rwanda. These terms apply whenever you use bugufi.rw, as a buyer or a seller.

2. Buying

• You don't need an account. To place an order you give your name, a Rwandan mobile number and an email address you confirm with a code.
• When you confirm an order, you're making an offer to buy from that shop at the listed price plus delivery. The contract is formed when the shop confirms it.
• Payment is arranged directly between you and the shop. Bugufi doesn't collect or hold payments.
• Keep your order link private: anyone with it can see the order and message the shop on your behalf.

3. Selling

Sellers also agree to the Seller agreement, which covers listings, orders, delivery and conduct.

4. Reviews and messages

• Only buyers whose order was delivered can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and about the product and service.
• Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or someone else's personal information. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

5. Our role and liability

We check shops before they go live and act on reports, but we don't make the products and we aren't a party to the sale. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the help described in our Buyer protection policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Rwandan consumer protection law.
