About Bugufi
Bugufi means close by. It's an open marketplace for Rwanda where every kind of seller trades: companies and brands, wholesalers, retailers and shops, makers, farmers and cooperatives. From phones and building materials to fashion, food and farm supplies.
One cart, many shops. You order, talk to the seller, and pay them directly.
No account to create and no card to enter. You order, then talk to the seller.
Your cart is split by seller, so you can check out with one shop now and keep the rest for later.
After you order, chat with the shop or give them a call, and agree how you'll pay.

Many shops let you pick up for free, from their store, warehouse or workshop.
Every shop is approved by our team, from big companies to single makers, and verified sellers have been checked in person or by phone.
List what you sell, retail or in bulk, set your own prices and delivery terms, and decide whether you deliver, offer pickup, or both. Buyers message or call you, and pay you directly.
Apply to sellSell what you make or grow. Cooperatives get one shop for the whole group, with each member's work credited and payouts split the way you agree.
Apply as a cooperativeMore in the Help Center, or write to hello@bugufi.rw.
Each shop packs its own order and sets its own fees and times, shown on every product page. A typical shop charges RWF 2,000 in Kigali and RWF 4,500 elsewhere, and many deliver free above a certain amount.
Many shops offer pickup at no charge. Choose ‘Pick up’ at checkout, then agree a time with the shop in the chat.
You pay the seller directly. After you confirm your order you can chat with the shop or call them, and agree together: mobile money, cash on delivery, or cash at pickup. Bugufi never asks for your card.
We confirmed who runs the shop and checked their premises or stock, by a call or a visit. Every shop is approved before it can sell; verified shops have been checked further.
Any business or person selling legally in Rwanda: companies and brands, wholesalers, retailers and shops, makers, farmers and cooperatives. Applying takes about ten minutes.
